Pinky advises on and drafts wills ranging from simple family wills to more complicated arrangements. Areas in which she specialises include
- Lasting Powers of Attorney
- Court of Protection applications and matters arising from loss of mental capacity, including applications for Deputyship appointments
- Probate and the Administration of Estates.
Background
Pinky started her legal career in Scotland and was admitted as a solicitor in Scotland in 1979.
Having moved with her family to Chepstow, she joined the solicitors’ Practice of Evans & Ellis and was admitted as a Solicitor in England and Wales in 2001.
