Experience
Cameron is an associate in the firm’s Corporate and Commercial department. He has a board range of experience in corporate transactional matters including mergers and acquisitions, reorganisations, management buyouts, refinancing and investments. He also advises a range of clients (including founders, management teams, and private companies) on non-transactional work such as shareholders agreements, articles of association, corporate governance, and general commercial matters across a wide number of business sectors.
Cameron’s recent experience includes advising:
- A management team on their buyout of a heating and plumbing business in the engineering sector in excess of £1 million.
- Exiting shareholders on a multi-million pound sale of their shares in their transport business to one of the largest national public transport providers in the UK.
- One of our Hong Kong based clients in relation to a complex refinancing of high-value premium real estate in the City of London with a multi-million pound UBS AG commitment.
- The founders on the disposals of their group accountancy businesses in excess of £14 million.
- Exiting shareholders on their multi-million pound business sale in the travel agency sector to one of the largest independent travel agents in the UK.
- Shareholders on their disposal of their property investment vehicle with a large portfolio of premium real estate in Clifton, Bristol.
- An investor on an early-stage investment of a residential development start-up in South Wales with a complex security arrangement.
- The founder on the disposal of a musical instrument business with a sophisticated payment mechanism and security structure.
- A pharmaceutical company on the restructuring and debt conversion of its UK subsidiary in excess of £7 million.
