About Sarah
Experience
Sarah is a full member of the Society for Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP) and is also a member of Solicitors for the Elderly (SFE).
Sarah specialises in all aspects of private client work, with particular emphasis on Wills and Inheritance Tax planning; Lasting Powers of Attorney; Administration of Estates and Trust advice. She understands that clients may feel daunted by such matters and therefore strives to provide a friendly, efficient and professional service.
Background
After gaining a 1st Class Honours Law Degree at the University of Birmingham and completing the Legal Practice Course, Sarah trained in a large Birmingham practice. She qualified as a Solicitor in 1996 and has specialised in private client work since then. After nearly 10 years working in Birmingham, Sarah moved to work more locally in Solihull and continues to be based in that area. Sarah joined Star Legal as a Consultant Solicitor in October 2021.
