Experience
Simon specializes in Commercial Real Estate with experience in key areas such as property acquisitions and disposals, funding and asset management in general for investors and occupiers such as shopping centre owners, retailers and land owners. Simon also has extensive investment property finance experience having acted for major banks and other lenders for a number of years. He is known for building strong client relationships with his commitment to transactional timeframes together with prompt legal and commercially minded advice.
Background
Simon qualified as a solicitor in 1987 following a law degree at University of London (LLB). On qualification he joined the commercial property department of Wansbroughs in Bristol, that firm subsequently becoming DAC Beachcroft LLP, where he was latterly a Legal Director.
