About Natasha

Experience:
Natasha joined Star Legal in December 2025 as a Senior Solicitor in the Court of Protection department. Natasha is a specialist in mental health and mental capacity law, having practiced solely in Mental Health and Court of Protection proceedings. She qualified as a solicitor in April 2013. Natasha has been instructed by patients, relatives, the Official Solicitor, NHS Trusts and local authorities in both Court of Protection and Mental Health proceedings. Natasha regularly advocates in the Court of Protection, and has also advocated in First Tier Tribunals, County Court Proceedings and Inquest hearings. 


Background:
Natasha graduated in 2006 with a LLB Hons and went on to achieve a Distinction in her Legal Practice Course in 2007. Natasha commenced her training contract in 2011 with seats in mental health, court of protection and community care law. Natasha has been involved in many Midlands mental health charities and was previously on the board of directors for a Leicester based charity focusing on supporting vulnerable children with issues such as bereavement, bullying, anger management and teenage pregnancy.
