I am delighted to announce that Sarah Mochan has joined the firm as Consultant Solicitor. Sarah specialises in private client work and is a full member of the Society for Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP) and a member of Solicitors For the Elderly (SFE). She will be working remotely from the Clifton office and is based in Solihull area.
Sarah specialises in all aspects of private client work, with particular emphasis on Wills and Inheritance Tax planning; Lasting Powers of Attorney; Administration of Estates and Trust advice.
